Meet up update (10 days)!

Now to address a couple questions.
Where is it?
The Botanical Gardens, we will be meeting at 5PM at the main gates (by Gleneagles).
What time and how long will it be?
5 PM to 7 PM, if you need to leave earlier or want to stay on later that is fine by me (:
Will there be food and drinks?
I will be bring as much food as I can but I can’t do it all by myself.
I need those of you who are coming to bring snacks and bottled drinks as well because buying anything inside the Botanical Gardens is extortionate!
I would expect that everyone would have already eaten or would be eating later
Will there be alcohol? (don’t laugh I’ve gotten this question)
This is the only time I’m going to say this.
No. Alcohol.
This is because a lot of us are underage and to respect some of our religious beliefs.
Will there be games?
I will be bringing the game “Taboo” and I encourage you guys to bring or think of games that are similar to this one.
I don’t want to force you guys to play games which are lame or that make you feel awkward and silly because this isn’t a “party” its a meet up.
And I will be giving an award to the person with the most outrageous hat (:
It will be judged through a voting system that will be going on throughout the meet up, all you guys have to do is write the name of the person you are voting for (excluding myself) and yeah, I’ll let you know who won at the end of the meet up ^^,
What are we going to do?
I think we should do the obvious, meet up :3
We’ll talk and have a relaxed afternoon getting to know one another and all that jazz.
And if there is anyone that wants to bring instruments and perhaps sing us some tunes that would be greatly appreciated (:
I’m not structuring our meet up that much because I want it to be relaxed and I want everyone to have a good time.
Don’t fret, we wont have a time table, I’m not that anal :P
